The Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC), a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), provides high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services. We are a program of Los Angeles Jewish Health, renowned for providing quality care to vulnerable seniors.

The responsibilities of the BCSC Clinical Manager include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Medical Director and Center Director, supervises, coordinates, evaluates, and assists in the delivery of clinic nursing services in accordance with BCSC, state, and federal standards for providing direct and indirect nursing care to BCSC participants.
  • Works in close coordination with the Primary Care Physician to manage ongoing care and complex clinical situations and support the operation of the clinic.

Experience and Skills:

Degree and diplomas: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Certificates, Licenses: Must be currently licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Experience: Three years of nursing experience, including at least one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in an outpatient clinic setting is required.
Skills/Aptitudes: Nursing knowledge and skills necessary to treat participants and manage complex clinical situations. Ability to provide care for the frail elderly. Ability to work independently and as part of an Interdisciplinary Team. Good organizational and supervisory skills. Ability to handle complex interpersonal and clinical situations.
